(I've been there over five years with no problem). Jut use the search bar to look for "wallpaper", or the kind of wallpaper you want, such as "wallpaper kittens" or "wallpaper mustangs". Any wallpaper you click on, just take a glace at the artists comments- moist will say something along the lines of "yeah, you can use this on your desktop, just don't try to sell it or call it yours". Then just hit "download" or just rightclick on the wallpaper and "use as desktop wallpaper". (Note: just make sure the picture is in full-view mode- if it's too small, click on it and it will show the bigger size) There is an incredible amount of jaw-dropping work on DevArt. You just have to go find it. (And, of of course, don't abuse the privledge.
