Yes, but make sure you don’t download from any unofficial sites
I’m not sure what sort of method you used to download games, but considering you’re able to receive text messages/pictures, have you tried http://www.clickgamer.com? The game downloads electronically (via text)to your phone, but you will have to pay, some sites will send straight to your phone.
Did you get a USB cable with your phone? If so, you could download .jar files (otherwise known as mobile games file) and transfer it via your PC to phone using the cable(You’ll probably have to install the software CD the phone came with first). This method should also work with mp3 ringtones.
If you didnt get a USB cable, can your PC read MicroSD cards? Your phone will obviously need one for this next method, but simply download .jar or .mp3 files onto your PC, insert your SD card into the computer and simply ‘drag and drop’ the files into the relevant folder on your SD card. Once completed, remove the card and place back into your phone, and the files should now be on your phone.
If its not worked then I’ll see where you may have gone wrong. Also please list all items you got with the phone.
If you did not get a USB cable or a MicroSD card, the only way you’ll get ringtones is if someone bluetooth’s it to you (until you get the additional peripherals).
Hope this helps
