First jailbreaking. When the first ipod touch came out and the apps were not available people come up with a way to hack the iphone and ipod to run games and stuff on it. Now though, apple has introduced the app store which is the same as it being jailbroken apart from its a lot more legal.
Now Windows live messenger. I don’t think windows have an app for the ipod touch but there are a couple of apps i would recommend. If you want an msn type experience without the webcams and everything though, try im+ lite. It’s free and easy to set up and use. Second, if you use AIM at all then get there app as well, it is very good.
For games, if you have the latest iPod software then you should have the app store. If you click on that and connect with it. Along the bottom you should see ‘catergories’ tap that, then tap ‘games’ and there will be loads there, some free, some cost. Generally the ones that cost are better but thats not always the case and some games that are free are great.
