and they send them by text, customized for your exact phone model.
if ur fone can have m3p then u can just download, limewire.. which is a free music website where u can download any song just search " download limewire for free* in google if u cant find anything which is unlikely try morpheus x

zedge.com or zedge.net
just go to the ringtones section and start downloading cool ringtones.
Its the site most people use when it comes to downloading stuffs for mobile.
then there is ventones.com which is also a gud site.
