You can go to funformobile.com. You would have to create an account but I love it because you can save the songs you like and not have to look them up again in case you erase them from your phone or switch phones.
I have the Finesse for Metro PCS and it wont let me directly download from the site but I "save" the song to my profile on Fun For Mobile then download it.
You should be able to download from the Metro WEB on your phone. If you can’t call *611 from your phone and explain your problem to the Customer Service Rep. They will be able to fix or at least refresh your phones system to allow the downloads to go through.
Also you must first have money in your Metro Connect if you are trying to download from Metro Web.
