For Christmas I am getting a new phone.?

I have Cellular South and I am thinking about getting a Motorola Hint
Question 1: What are the goods and the bads about getting a Motorola Hint?
Q2: If i get picture sending or whatever it’s called would i be able to send pics to people other just than Cellular mobile users?
Q3: Is this phone easy to bluetooth ringtones and wallpapers?
Q4: Is is it easy to text and call people?
