Go to View–>Toolbars and uncheck the crummy toolbar

If you have WinME or XP, you may want to consider a system restore. Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore.
Restore back to a date before you installed the wallpaper/screensavers.
Hi. Right click on your blank screen area and select "Properties". Click on "Desktop" and change wallpaper to none (for now). See if the background is blank. If so, right click on your taskbar at the bottom and click "Toolbars" and make sure the ones you want are checked and the ones you do not want are unchecked. If this works then follow the first steps to set your wallpaper to another, or find one online, but not from the bad guys who messed up your PC!
Ok, well I dont know enough about your problem to completly help you delete it out, However I can get your toolbars back that you want.
Now if you have the any versions of IE that arent there newest release then all you have to do is take your mouse and click on the View Tab on the top of the screen and then go to Toolbars and select which one you want.
If you do have the newest version then you need to go to Tools on the right side of the screen then select Toolbars then select which you would like to see.

First answer of a system restore is good if my idea fails…
Open Internet Explorer
Go under the View for IE 6 or Tools for IE7
Click on Toolbars
You should be able to turn on and off what toolbars are dis[layed
Turn off the bar you do not want, and turn back on the ones you do want.
Then go into the Control Panel, and click on the Add or Remove Program icon. Looking down through the list of installed programs for the unwanted toolbar. Click on it to select it and you should get a "Remove" or "Uninstall" option.
I agree with one answer, do a system restore to the day or so before you got the screensaver/wallpaper. You can spend hours hunting for a screensaver, when you can restore and get rid of the wallpaper and the toolbars all at once. Follow the directions given, pick a date that is bolded and restore to that date. Restart the computer so the change will take effect if you use WinXP. Good luck and Merry Christmas!
