My niece was on our local news and they have the video on their website. I want to download the video to my computer, but the website won’t let me download it. Any software I can use or suggestion to be able to download this video. Thanks for any help you can give me.

A link to the news website may be helpful. In the mean time give this a whirl:

limewire
What type of file do you want it in? MP4, AVI, MP2?
ZAMZAR.COM IS THE BEST!!!
Download realplayer basic, it’s free. When you download that whenever a video is on screen in explorer you will see a tab that says ‘ download this video ‘ click on the tab, realplayer does the rest.
god i had this same problem about a week ago i tried 11 different ways and only one of them worked this is how i did it..
1. Download DVDVideoSoft Free Studio
copy and past a youtube url into the box and it will convert it to the right file for your phone then transfer it using a usb cable or bluetooth dongle

Download Helper is an add on for firefox that lets you download any video from any site in an .flv format
If you can’t play flv files on your pc here is a link to a good flv player:
http://www.applian.com/flvplayer/download_flv_player.php
Or you could just convert the file on this site:
http://media-convert.com/
Of course if you don’t have firefox I recommend you get it:

ONE OF THEM SHOULD LET YOU DOWN LOAD

THANKS
Usually most videos on website are flash driven. I have tried downloading flash videos using two software. One is flash downloader and the other one is flash converter. You download it first then you convert it to formats readable by your computer without using flash. There are also some free video sites where you can download movies. You might want to check on those sites and find your answers there.
Can you get the video’s link, if you can, I think you can use this way.
