How do i set a downloaded screensaver as a desktop background? I know its possible?

im running windows vista and i downloaded a screen saver called dream aquarium, im having a hell of a time trying to figure this out = D

You would need some third party software. Vista doesnt support live desktop. It was eliminated in the Vista OS. Do a search for Vista live desktop or Vista animated desktop, there are tons of these apps poppin up. I think microsoft got rid of it because it caused too many problems, ate resources up like crazy.
a screen saver cannot be set as desktop background. if you like the screens, just get the images of those screens and put them as wallpaper
Right click on the image and then click on "set as desktop background"
