How does skype work when deployed overseas?
So I am being deployed and I am wondering about skype, it will work anywhere there is internet computer to computer correct? My question is about the skype phone numbers. There is 21 countries on the list for the skype phone numbers but my question is, does the country you are calling from need to be on the list, or just the one you are calling to, or both? Because it would be nice to be able to call cell phones from my computer but the country I am going to isn’t on the list.
If thats the case that it works the same anywhere what is the list of countries about…

dude it doesent matter skype will allways be the same…
for skype to skype calling it doesn’t matter where you are or where your calling to. if your going to be making telephone calls from skype though, i am not sure if "long distance" charges would be added for numbers not in the same country, just to be safe though i would try to choose a phone number that is in the country you are going to be calling to the most.
