What happens when you try to open it? Do you get an error message?
You might simply have to repair the install. Try this:
Windows Vista
Click Start and then click Control Panel.
Click Classic View.
Double-click Programs and Features.
In the List of Programs, select Windows Live Messenger.
Right-click and select Repair.
Hope that helps.
dude, get a life, you uninstall it and install windows live messenger with out any pack, it will work for sure,,,
