If i want to download ringtones off the internet to my phone, do i have to have texting?

I want to download ringtones to my phone off the website www.Myxer.com but does that mean I have to have text messaging?

using
Ventones
and then tranfer the ringtone
with a usb cable o bluetooth
No, I’ve downloaded ringtones before, they work fine and did not ask for texting or anything. You’ll be fine.

Wait, I re-read the question. You DO need texting if you’re downloading them from the internet, I thought you meant via the cell phone, like "shop tones" or whatever it is. SORRY. :]
