I sign into yahoo messenger on my laptop and want to sign into my cricket phone but it says that it’s not supported… I’ve never had cricket before but I’ve also never had a problem using any cell phone to sign into messenger.. Any help is appreciated

I just got a new cricket phone .i want free rintones but dont where to go .I have a black kyocera by cricket.Where can i get free ringtones for this phone without the charge just free ringtones to download or have sent to my phone .Thank u .
