I want to buy my music legally, what’s the best website? I’d prefer a monthly or yearly fee for unlimited downloads instead of paying for songs individually.

My computer deleted Windows Live Messenger and it isn’t letting me install in Essentials.
Though, i want to get back the 2010, but www.msn.com only has official downloads to the 2011 one.
Is it possible to get the official messenger 2010 still that’s reliable? or that’s not possible? Link me please. & Please NO viruses.

I say "lessen" because stopping it completely seems pretty impossible, like most other crimes.

Having movie studios and music producers etc sue individuals thousand and sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars isn’t going to lessen the amount of illegal downloads.

If anything it’ll increase the amount of illegal movies/music/games downloaded on the internet.

Since the internet isn’t owned by anyone, nations can’t really do anything aside from making it illegal (which has already been done) and fining people who disregard the law.

So what can be done besides sueing everyone left and right?

On windows if you have a sd card plugged in with music files on there, you can play the files without having them saved on the hard drive of the computer. Also, I don’t see an option for saving downloads and files directly to the sd card instead of the hard drive.
Does the macbook (new white edition) have these features?

Seriously, is there any music download sites out there that I can pay a monthly fee and get unlimited downloads from? It really confuses me searching through all of the different sites. Please help!

I bought my OH a blackberry curve and he’s trying to download games and apps for it but the downloads either fail or the apps won’t start. He’s tried using the App Store on Blackberry.com but is getting nowhere. Any ideas?

No no no. The point is that I have right clicked the torrent and removed it from the tracker. When I try to go into downloads in firefox to try to open it in u torrent, it doesn’t give the option to open it.

I have dial up and I am on a laptop computar. My downloads on limewire are going super slow.[Limewire 5] Like it always says "stalled" or "connecting" is there anyway I can boost up the speed?

i’ve used limewire for years, never had a problem but it seems they’re now out of business. i tried ares but the downloads don’t always come through.tried bare share but you have to pay for the best songs. is there any where i can get totally free music downloads to put on a disk? thanks so much.

I am currently using Windows Live Messenger BETA Version 2009 Build 9.0.1407.1107. I have extremely slow mobile internet and it takes a long time to download things from the internet, and half the time the downloads fail anyway. Is there any way I can edit any of the install files so as I can use Windows Live Messenger without having to update it?

I can’t download or install ANYTHING!!! I have stupid parent controls on everything I do! I need a site where I can get free cursors with no downloads or installation. I got my R4 about 2 years ago, and the website i used to use doesn’t work anymore, which is a shame because i never had any trouble with it and the downloads were always fast.

Every time a contact sends me a file, windows live messenger downloads and installs ‘windows safety one-care scanner’ or something like that, even though its done it about 50 times already. I already have anti-virus software (AVG Free 8.0), but it still seems to feel the need to download fresh software that it already has downloaded! How do I stop this!?

I have seen several articles that the music industry has stopped with filing law suits and have realized that illegal downloads are out there and won’t stop. Even the free ad based music download services they were offering to colleges to fight the illegal downloads have had to close their doors. I kind of felt all a long it would go this way, did you.
Yes they have stopped the law suits. If one is going on now then it was filed over two months ago, before they stopped filing.
