I am running out of iTunes money abd wondered if there was a safe site I can get free music of off and if I could to it ALL on my iPod touch or if I need my computer? Thanks!

Okay so I downloaded limewire and got a virus so I cant use that any more. So then I downloaded bearshare and then I found out that I had to convert stuff to be able to use it on itunes but it wouldnt let me do that so does anyone know where I can get FREE music that I dont have to convert or anything?
