Somehow these people I do not know have gotten my instant message board and continue to send me explicit sexual instant messages eventhough I have threatened to contact legal authorities. I am outraged. I thought Yahoo held to a higher standard then that. I would remove them from my instant message contact list, but I do not know how to go about it. I have sought the help of informed individuals with no success. Please Help!

I am trying to block a BOOTER. Well not a booter, but several instant messages keeps popping up on my pc screen as soon as I sign into messenger. Therefore I have no chance to click ignore or click on ANYTHING else for that matter. Leaving me with no other option but to sign out of yahoo messenger. Can someone please help?

I just installed yahoo messenger on my computer, and it works fine on one of my user accounts on windows xp. On the other account, though, it doesn’t. If someone instant messages me, the IM window opens, but their message is not displayed. When I send them a message back, they get it and it is displayed on their computer, but it still doesn’t show that any messages have been sent or received in the part of the IM window that displays the ongoing conversation. What could be causing this?

Can I Instant Message to a Verizon phone without the phone user getting charged as long as they have texting? Or do they need an account or something on the phone to receive instant messages from computers.
