I want to find free music downloads for my ipod,legally. Please list a few you have tried. Thanks in advance!
I’m trying to fill my ipod with music. However, I reside in Singapore and Thailand and cannot subscribe to music download sites like itunes, napster, rhapsody, sony connect and musicmatch because they are only for subsribers in the US or other selected countries. I’m not looking for free downloads. I only want legal (and I suppose that means fee-based/subscription) downloads. Any recommendations as to which sites I could use?
i know that there is meebo but i don’t really like it all that much, i would really like to put windows live messenger on to it. or is the only IM option on the itouch meebo? and are there some free games for it that i can download? or does all that need to be purchased? and what is jailbreaking the ipod? if you can answer any or all of these please do.
Ive downloaded games before no problem. Its been a few months since i have used the app store, and so i download the games but they don’t show up on my ipod itself yet they are in the application part when i plug it to the computer… Its very frustrating please help!
I have an itunes song on my laptop that i want to add to my itunes library on my desktop. I was told I can instant message it to my desktop. How can i so this. I ultimately want to download it to my ipod without deleting my library on my ipod. Thank you
I know sites like limewire are free, but i would prefer not to use a p2p site. i want one where you pay a monthly fee and recieve unlimited downloads. i have an ipod, but i realize that most dont work with ipod. but any program will work if you can tell me. also, i want one that has a good music selection too. thanks for the help in advance.

So, I have a good old 1.1.4 jailbroken ipod touch, 8 GB. As more and more things are coming out for the new app store, and less and less for jailbreak, I’m thinking about upgrading to 2.1. Spore origins and the new soccer game look pretty sweet, not to mention the nearly 50 apps I already downloaded free in case I did upgrade and they wouldn’t be free anymore. If I upgraded my touch, I would lose because they were on jailbreak: an awesome U2 theme with all my apps in ( ) like product(RED), a Bono lockscreen, Installer, MXtube, Customize, PocketTouch, Labyrinth, Books, Terminal, iphysics, Wallpaper, Band, MyBattery, Graffiti, Finger run, Jokes, MusicQuiz, Genesis4iphone(no roms), gameboy4iphone(no roms), SNES4iphone(no roms), GPSphone(no roms), NES(never play any of the mario’s on there), and iPowerhour. For all the emulators, I can’t save, so they never get used. The only ones I really use are mybattery to check my battery percent, Band for an inside joke with my cousins at Christmas, MXTube because I downloaded the music videos of a couple songs I couldn’t find anywhere e.g. August and everything after by counting crows and I’ll stick around by Arckid. Also, Customize which is just to check for cool new themes but I could do without it, and PocketTouch to change the volume of music while I’m brushing my teeth.(It changes volume if you move your finger up or down on the screen) The ten bucks for upgrade and money for the two apps isn’t a problem, because I get an iTunes allowance and haven’t bought anything in months. Is it worth it? I’m sorry if that was two long, but I’ve been debating with myself all week. Any and all help appreciated.
Also, if anyone has any knowledge of the PC game praetorians, please search it and find the ones from MG. I’ve asked the same question seven times in different categories because I’m desperate for an answer. Thanks.

Okay, so I opened my iPod earlier this day, since it was my Christmas, Orthodox. So I was just downloading all of my music and I put a wallpaper on. Well, now I don’t want that wallpaper, and I don’t know how to take it off. In fact, I don’t want ANY wallpaper on. So, how can I take it off/ cancel it? Thanks so much!

I live in an apartment complex, and they have two public computers. I would usually go there to download songs off of my favorite music downloading site (Ares) and put them on my Ipod. But recently, they cleared out the computers and put a block on downloading any programs. Is there a way around the administartor block?
