For some reason my iPod doesn’t allow me to download free games until I put in billing information. All my friends can download games without putting it though, so why can’t I?

Whenever my friends that are texting me using text free app, the texts always go to my iPod not my phone. I deleted the apps and this still happens. I can send them texts to their text free from my phone but not receive any.? Plz help this is frustrating

I finally figured out how to make a ringtone through an app on my ipod and it shows up in my sounds like its supposed too. But how do i set that ringtone to my textfree app so when i get a text message it’ll play that ringtone?
