i’m trying to get free music. i know about limewire, but i dont want to use it because i know there’s alot of viruses. what other ways can i get free, virus free, music on my ipod?

I can’t download anything like Limewire, Ares, Frostwire, etc. because its illegal and it gave my computer viruses I believe. I really need to find a website that has free, new and safe downloads. THANKS…
Oh I didn’t know that. The technician told me the software "Frostwire" like "Limewire" and "Ares"/etc was illegal, so he removed it from my computer. He didn’t tell me about websites being illegal.

Are there any websites that offer free music downloads i can transfer to iTunes?

Preferably one a little safer than Limewire, which i can’t even download because there’s some court ordered block to the website.

I dowloaded the music from limewire and put them in itunes, but it still wouldn’t work when i tried to put it on!!!!

everyone knows how expensive music is getting, and i need a place to download music. I don’t want something like Limewire that i download that and it’s like a doorway to my computer. i need a website that has music already on it and you click the song link to download the music.

Every time I try to download a torrent limewire pops up, and I dont want to delete the program just in case it takes all of the music I downloaded before off my itunes with it. Help?

Limewire has trashed my home computer. Because of the fact that I share the computer with 4 others in my home I can not get all of them to stop using it. I would appreciate some safer alternative suggestions for music downloads. So that I can suggest these things to them in order to avoid any more damage. thanx

I have recently added songs to iTunes from limewire and it is now in the recently added folder/playlists of iTunes. I now want to transfer those songs in the recently added folder of the iTunes playlists to my iPod. I connected the iPod to the computer and iTunes and tried to transfer the songs but it wont, I can’t do it. How should I transfer those songs from the recently added folder of the iTunes playlists to my iPod? Do you know the steps to do it?

Im not really into downloading limewire to get music, or anything like that. I was just wondering if there were any clean, free sites that arent a risk to my computer. and if there are sites that have good songs without the words, that would be great too.

How do I get my computer to recognize Itunes as the default audio player?
I’ve already set the settings for this to happen but it won’t work.
When I’m downloading off of Limewire it won’t go directly to Itunes. First it went to Musicmatch, then I changed it to Windows Media Player, now finally Itunes but the Itunes won’t get it.

I just bought a new computer and installed iTunes. My songs are from limewire and I don’t know how to transfer libraries.

Someone told me that you can save the songs on a flashdrive from the old computer and then load them on to the new computer. But I deleted my iTunes account on the old computer so now I don’t know what to do.

I have music from my limewire on my itunes under the shared tab. They are not syncing, what else do I need to do?
