Yahoo has reached its 2 million quota. I have to forward Jay Russells instant message to all my contacts in order for me to keep my account free. How do I do this?

I want to start downloading a large file early in the morning so I don’t waste to much quota, but don’t want to get up early in the morning to start the download. What is a good free program that will automatically start downloading a file at a specific time I can set?
