I’ve 256kbps dsl airtel internet connection. I get download speed upto 15-18kbps. How can I increase download speed? I use azureus to download torrent files. If possible please send the configuration of azureus.

I have downloaded some videos that are Torrent files but dont know how to view these downloaded stuff. Can someone help me out in this matter?? Thanks a lot in advance to whoever can help me out.

i went to Options > Preferences > General Options > Windows Integration > Associate with .torrent files, but when i tried to click "associate with .torrent files" it wasn’t able to be clicked. help!

I go to a community college with computers that you don’t have to sign in on. I was wondering is there any realistic way I could be caught and sued for downloading torrent files, like can they go to the torrent site I download from and get my email address and then track me down? They can’t sue the college right?

I understand a bit on how torrent files work. I put the torrent file into WinRAR and opened the file. The file was in bitzip but it isn’t downloading. After that, I downloaded BitTorrent 6.1.2 and tried to open it but it still isn’t progressing. Can someone list the steps i need to take?

I have some files that i received via a torrent. I no longer have the torrent files. I am assuming that i need to reload the torrent files to "share" the files i have.

How do i share them now? How will i know which torrent i downloaded before? I don’t really want to create a new torrent. What should i do?

Right now I use Azureus (or regrettably, now "Vuze") for my torrents, and mainly Piratebay or IsoHunt for finding the torrent files themselves. Are there torrent programs that allow me to search for trackers within the same window that get the files themselves? I thought I read about some programs for this, any suggestions or recommendations?

P.S. I don’t want to use Limewire, I don’t trust it..

Ok here’s the problem. I live in a college dorm and the IT office here does not allow peer 2 peer downloads. I can’t even download torrent files in my dorm room. I tried an older version of BitTorrent last year which surprisingly worked, but this year, nothing works. Nil. Any help. Any cracks available that can help me break through this firewall?

I don’t know anything about torrents. I know that they are some form of file. I have the program Bittorrent. I have several torrent files and after opening them with Bittorrent, I have completely downloaded one of them. It’s rally weird to ask, but what do I do now. Can I access the program? How do I share my programs with others? How do I actually use the programs I’ve downloaded?
