I have the LG Rumor which doesn’t have a USB cord. My mobile internet is blocked. So are there websites where I can get FREE ringtones without using mobile internet?

I need to get absolutely, truly free ringtones for my kyocera switchback, but everysite I go to like mobile9 I have to download it to my computer, but I don’t have a usb cord to go with me phone. So can someone please recommend a site for me that they’ve used that is really free and that can be sent to my phone???
