Can someone out there please tell me how the hell mobile instant messenger with the cell phone works? I put all my yahoo contacts in the instant messenger part of my cell phone and now for the life of me I do not know how in the world it works. I need help.

I load Trillian Pro 3.1 and I can open up a chat window with one of my online Yahoo contacts but when I hit send on the instant message, Trillian closes and says that there could be a recently added plugin that is malfunctioning. I haven’t installed any plugins recently anyways. Whats goin on and how can I fix it?

I have my iPhone synced to my Yahoo contacts. When I add or change an address in Yahoo on my computer, my iPhone gets updated, but when I add a contact on my iPhone, my Yahoo address book online doesn’t get updated. Is there a way to allow changes on my iPhone to affect my Yahoo address book?

or if I have MSN messenger and I wanted to add yahoo contacts would they have to download MSN messenger or sign up for that service to chat?

Each messenger shows some of the other’s contacts, but it won’t let me IM between the two, and I can’t be signed on both of them at the same time. I just want them both back where they belong. Yahoo contacts with Yahoo and Windows Live with itself.

This is my first time using Windows Live Messenger, and I wanted to add my Yahoo contacts there. Can I do that? Because in Yahoo, I can import from my Windows Live contacts, but I don’t know if the opposite is applicable as well.
