What are some great sites to download ringtones and wallpapers for free ?

pleaase dont suggest www.mytinyphone.com , it doesnt want to send ringtones .
I want sites with no sign-up, for free, and no downloading to computer or anything.. I want to be able toJust put in number and it sends. Thanks everyone!

even upload and make your own ringtones
and backgrounds.
Absolutely, text4free.net. What you do is put in your number and carrier and send a text/pic/vid/sound. Just make sure the file is already in your computer! I do this all the time to get pictures and wallpapers from the internet, the only drawback is you can only do one picture at a time and they dont support .bmp files yet. Good luck!
