What is a good site where I can download free ringtones? or a free mp3 to amr converter?

I’m looking for a site where I can download free ringtones-I’ve found several but I’m not sure whether they are safe.
I have several mp3 files that could be ringtones, but I’m not too sure about which sites are safe either
any advice would be helpful:D

and you can make your own ringtones
Myxer.com is what I use.
http://makeownringtone.com/ is very easy to make your own ringtones. All you have to do is upload the song you want, then edit it, and what I do is send it to my e-mail and then download the song from my e-mail to my computer. hook your phone up to your computer and put it on. there you go free ringtone.
