Where can I download a free converter to convert a torrent to AVI?

I downloaded a torrent on UTorrent and it says it’s completely done downloading except it’s still seeding. I want to import the movie into my windows movie maker, but I need to convert it to .avi.
I did use iOrgSoft to do it and it seemed fine, but it has a big watermark on it that’s really annoying. Any ideas where i can convert it to .avi for free and it will download fast and it won’t have a big watermark?
