Where can I find free cell phone mp3 ringtones?

I have an LG300 phone with bluetooth. I do not have internet on my phone so I can’t download onto it from the internet, but I do have text. Is there any websites that I can go to to get free mp3 ringtones? If so, how do I do it?

First download to your PC ( I recommend http://www.oringz.com ) then send the downloaded ringtone to your phone using bluetooth. You will need a bluetooth dongle on your PC or you can use a usb cable too.

step 1 upload a music file
step 2 select what part of the file you want as a ringtone
step 3 they text it straight inside a text message

or
follow these steps and you can have any of their millions of ringtones sent
first step
login after you sign up
second step
at the home page click on the free Mosquito Ringtone
link. That will take you to the preview page where you will see a Send to Phone button.
Don’t click on the Send To Phone button though!
third step
Next open the Ventones site in a new browser window but leave the first
one open as well. Search for the ringtone that you want
(from their free ringtone page ) and click on it.
That will take you to their "free ringtone preview page"
which will NOT have a send to phone button
fourth step
now go back to the first Ventones window (the one with the mosquito ringtone)
and click on the send to phone button.
It will send you the ringtone you opened in the 2nd ventones window.
Sounds complex but it works every time for me
