Will I get charged if I reinstall a paid iPhone app that used to be free?

Say I downloaded a free app one day, and then I reset my phone without syncing first. If I want to reinstall the app, which is now priced at 99c, will I get billed for this?

If yoy download a paid app or free app, its always cree everytime you download it again, for instance, when you download it it will show the box that u have downloaded it to cancel or continue. ( to know that you bought something, try writing a review, id you have.not bought the app, it will tell you to own the app to write one
Yes you will get charged. Your iphone will not be able to recognize it as "installed" if it wasn’t synced.
